One side of the main entrance to the hall is often bolted.
3 out of 4 ceiling fans don't work
Often badminton or yoga (?) equipment is left in the passage
cars tend to park in the bike-rack !
the wall-lights don't work (bulbs?)
hand-driers in the loos don't work
urinal either leaks or doesn't flush
etc ...
